Shipping/Refund Policy

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for orders. This does not include weekend or holidays, orders will ship on the following day and can take 2-7 business days to arrive.

Twinformation is not liable for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier via tracking number for lost packages and to file a claim.
All local orders must be picked up within 3 days or they will be restocked back into our inventory.

Refunds

All Sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
